Tommy Tran, MD, MBA is a fellowship-trained, double board-certified burn surgeon and surgical intensivist in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Tran provides comprehensive care for burn patients of all ages and injury severities, with expertise in acute burn management, surgical critical care, burn reconstruction, laser surgery, scar revision, chronic wound care, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that supports every stage of recovery. In addition to treating the physical injury, Dr. Tran recognizes the emotional and psychological impact that burn trauma can have on patients and families. His goal is to help each patient heal, restore function, and regain quality of life.

His professional interests include education, community outreach, and advancing the systems that support burn care. He is actively involved in burn prevention and burn education efforts throughout the community, including collaboration with emergency medical services and public safety partners.
